Shipping & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and will do everything we can to ship out your order as soon as possible.

Orders placed will leave our store within 48 hours, but are usually shipped next business day. If you would like to recieve your product(s) quicker, please contact us at 1-877-Kiltmart and are always happy to work with you to expedite your order.

If you desire to return the merchandise for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange if returned within 15 days from the time you receive. Refunds are issued less the cost of shipping and handling fees. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Of course, should there be an error on our part, we will gladly replace or provide a refund at no cost to you.

Returns from 16 to 30 days from the time you receive will be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted beyond 31 days from the time you receive.
